Custom Orders

Items printed to your custom specifications cannot be returned unless defective. Please review your files carefully before ordering.

Material Characteristics

3D printed items may have visible layer lines, support marks, or slight color variations. These are normal characteristics, not defects.

Quality Standards

We maintain strict quality standards. Items that don't meet our published tolerances are eligible for return or replacement.

Packaging Requirements

Returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging when possible.
