By accessing and using 3DVerse Works' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our 3D printing services, whether through our website, mobile application, or in-person consultations.

3DVerse Works provides professional 3D printing services including but not limited to:

• Custom 3D printing using various materials (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, etc.)
• Design consultation and file optimization services
• Rapid prototyping for businesses and individuals
• Educational workshops and training programs
• Post-processing services (sanding, painting, assembly)

We reserve the right to refuse service for any project that violates local laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or poses safety concerns.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
• Ensure you have the legal right to print the designs you submit
• Not submit files containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Pay for services in accordance with our pricing and payment terms
• Pick up completed orders within the specified timeframe

You retain all rights to your original designs and files. By submitting files for printing, you grant us a limited license to reproduce your design solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You warrant that you have the legal right to print the designs you submit and that your use of our services will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to refuse printing any design that we believe may infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

We strive to provide high-quality 3D printing services. However, 3D printing is a manufacturing process that may result in minor variations from the original design due to:

• Material properties and shrinkage
• Layer adhesion and printing tolerances
• Support material requirements
• Post-processing limitations

We provide a quality guarantee and will reprint items that do not meet our quality standards at no additional cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, material availability, and current workload. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup or shipment.

For pickup orders, items must be collected within 30 days of completion notification. After this period, storage fees may apply, and unclaimed items may be disposed of.

Shipping costs and delivery times for mailed orders will be calculated based on destination and package size. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Payment is required before production begins unless other arrangements have been made. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash (for in-person transactions)
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfers
• PayPal
• Local payment methods (CIB, Baridimob)

Prices are subject to change without notice. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the printing service provided. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from design flaws in customer-provided files
• Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through the courts of Algiers, Algeria.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
